Non-lethal weapon against terrorist group, for release of hostages, self-defense, apartment, house and office protection systems.
For the first ever time, we offer a multi purpose armament that can effectively spray a wide range of fire-extinguishing and protective substances – liquids, viscous, sticky, powder and environmentally safe natural materials – soil, sand, mud, dirt, dust snow, ice.

For the first ever time, we offer independent, powerful, long-range mobile and compact equipment which combines extinguishing and protective functions. It works quickly and without harming the environment, guarantees prompt localization, evacuation and rescue.
For the first ever time, we offer a mobile, compact and flexibly programmable system of pulse devises that need no recharging and make it possible to carry our combined protective and fire extinguishing operations at present intervals.
For the first ever time, the type, power, scale and speed of protective actions can be managed promptly and flexibly.
The profundity and volume of research carried out, the patent-compatible results obtained, the know-how, the design and engineering solutions, the initial data for creation of new generation equipment provide for exclusive manufacture and servicing.
Following a 20-year research experience, we have developed a series of experimental samples of new equipment. They have proven to work efficiently in field trials, in extinguishing real large fires, in accidents and elemental disasters. There are three models available now. The details are given below:
50 Barrel Pulse Installation on T-62

Localization of Oil Spread on Water Surface
1 The Tank

Technical Characteristics
Running Gear - Tank T-62 (truck, lorry, jeep, trolley)
Weight - 36 t
Crew - 2
Means of smothering - Multi-barrel firing
Quantity of barrels - 50
Extinguishing powder capacity - 1.5 t (30 kg x 50 barrels)
Effective range when 10 barrels fire in a volley
solid film of oil product on 500 m2 water surface - 50 m
burning wood 15 m x 6.5 m x 3.5m - 30 m
burning gas jet at 300 am pressure, 2M m3 per 24 hrs when 10 barrels fire - 60 m
same, when 20 barrels fire - 100 m
The barrels are loaded with special propellant charges in cartridges and cylindrical 30 L containers which contains powder, liquid etc. When 10 barrels fire in volley, a powerful torrent, 10 m – 12 m wide, 2 m – 4 m high is sent at a distance of 100 m. It is able to extinguish flame on a 500 m2 area per around second. Firing can be repeated 4 times more without recharging.
The installations are completely independent, reliable and environmentally safe. They can operate in diverse weather and climate, in remote areas.

Explanatory Information on Fire Prevention Module “Impulse Storm”
In a module 29 barrels are installed, which one has an inner diameter of a bore of 200 mm and length of a channel of 1400 mm.
The barrels are placed in 5 tiers. In a top and bottom tire there are till 5 barrels, on the average 7 barrels in other 2 tires till 6 tires. Each tire in the structure has: tube of a barrel, conjugate with a breech end; breech mechanism of a barrel with pyro-camera for the installation of electrical initiation of a power charge (pyro-cartridge such as IIII9); hydraulic system of amortization of force of rollback in a structure of two hydraulic brakes; spring of knurling a barrel to initial position in a structure of two spring knurling mechanisms.
All barrels are assembled in the barrel cassette, which one is set on supporting-rotating mechanism. The support-rotating mechanism by the lower channel girders is set on a gantry of a transport mean. The sizes of girders are personal for each type of a transport mean and for their manufacturing the customer should present a delineation of a gantry (landing gear) of a transport means, for which one is planned to mount a fire-fighting module. The bearing capacity of a transport means should be not less than 8000 Kgs. Thus, at the girders previously built-on at the manufacturer plant, rather simply to place a module of fire extinguishing on the transport means, stated by the customer, in his country.
The module delivers on special reference sleds on which one the support-rotating mechanism is fastened. The manufacturing plant delivers a complete set of fasteners and clusters, and also special tool for the installation of a module on a transport means. Thus, there is a capability of the installation of a module on a lorry directly on the prepared workstations in country of the customer.
The charges in the structure have the shell which made from a dense cardboard two wads located strongly in an afterpiece and a forefront of the shell, rubber strias is X-powder, which one is filled in a special powder bag. The charges are of one-time using, as at boom-throwing the shell is blasted and particulate burns down.
The manufacturing plant delivers:
The stated quantity of shells in which one is executed the filling of a dust extinguishing a light in quantity of 30 kg; pyrocartridges in pressurized zinc packaging separately from shells; powder bagged charges in pressurized zinc packaging separately from shells.
The complete set of charges in quantity 29 units delivers together with a module in the pod of a special cellular design.
The assembly work of charges is carry out by the trained crew as follows:
Powder bagged charge (is transported in a box with spares, tools and instruments – 0) is taking out from packaging; the shell with dust extinguishing is taking out from the pod; in a rear end of the shell the rubber strias are drawing off and the powder bag with charge is stacking under them. Then in breech housing (breech end) the pyrocartridge is set. The equipped shells are stacked back in the cellular pod and the extinguishing installation commits a march in region of fire extinguishing. In all barrels the loading by the equipped shells is made. The barrel cassette with the help of electric drives horizontal and elevation guidance deploys in the direction of the locus of a fire. The firing of igniters of the pyrocartridge is executed with the help of the remote control panel, and outgoing from tactics of fire extinguishing it is assigned or throwing dust extinguishing by single throwing or throwing by a volley from several barrels.
After ignition of the pyrocartridge, the ray of its fire through a longitudinal channel in a breech housing of a barrel ignites a powder charge located in bottom of the shell. The powder charge ignites and creates a powder pressure in a bore, which one to pop a mix of powder with gas from a barrel bore.
The manufacturing plant delivers to the customer a module with a complete set of charges equipped with a dust extinguishing. The implementation of the rest shells by a dust extinguishing will make directly in country of the customer, as the transportation of shells with a dust extinguishing is not expedient.
Thus, it is not required of the special plant on manufacturing of charges, as the implement of a charge is making from furnishing items (which one deliver from a manufacturing plant) in the fireman depot before departure of the installation of fire extinguishing. The replacement if furnishing items (pyrocartridges, powder, charges, powder mixes) on other types is invalid, as it can result in a blowing up or gap of a tube of a barrel.
The control of the installation is made apart up to 30 m from the installation with the help of the remote control panel, which one paired to the installation on a cable line of communication. On the barrel cassette, the television camera is mounted, the image with which one is transmitted through cable to the screen monitor, built-in in the remote control panel. On the board, there are controls by a position of the barrel cassette on elevation angle and on azimuth, and also controls by the firing of pyrocartridges at fulfillment of single or volley throwing. The targeting of the installation on the locus of a flame executes operator fire, which one holds in arms the remote control panel, by the screen monitor he guides of the barrel cassette on the locus of a flame and executes with the help of tumblers remote throwing of a dust extinguishing. Throwing a special dust due to sorbent of overflows of petroleum above ground or on water areas of the sea, lake, and river is possible. After throwing powder mixes of sorbent such “Zhemchug” or bacterial preparation “Rodex” (which are made by firms of Ukraine) the collecting of products sorbent processing or, accordingly, biodegradation from water area or ground surface customary by clean sweep devices is executing. The residual products are possible for using after briquetting for their burning in boiler-houses for heating etc.
