FLY ASH
We are one of the major fly
ash suppliers to Industries like Ready Mix Concrete, Cement Plants, Bricks,
Blocks, Interlock Blocks & Pavers, and Building Contractors etc.
We can supply fly ash of different
quality and properties as per your specification at very competitive rates,
in bulk carriers, or packed in HDPE bags (40 kgs).
We are also in the process of introducing jumbo bags (one ton capacity) for
our discerning customers. We are also exporting fly ash to Nepal, the Middle
East and Saudi Arabia
ASHCRETE
A Modern Day Building Material
DESCRIPTION:
ASHCRETE is Pozzolanic material obtained by processing of Power Station Fly Ash resulting from the combustion of pulverized Bituminous coal & be used as Building Material
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Finely divided dry powder of greyish white colour and available in packages of 40 kg. and 1 M.Ton. These can also be supplied through bulk tankers.

BENEFITS:
Reduced Water / Cement Ratio - which causes less shrinkage & less cracks
Improved bonding of adjacent layers due to slow setting
Better bond to steel and improved off-shutter finish
Increased long-term strength development
Reduced cost
Improved work ability - Sphericity of fly ash acts as small ball bearings further enhance work ability & placement . Increase in volume of concrete improves co-hesiveness also
Reduced danger of deterioration of sulfates and chlorides and thus greater durability
Due to the finer & more refined pore structure is less permeable & beneficial in Re-inforced concrete, which prevent Corrosion
RECOMMENDED USAGE:
Structural Concrete- Replacement of cement with ASHCRETE up to 20% by weight to achieve good strength development, reduce 10% volume of water
Plaster (External / Internal) - Replacement of cement with ASHCRETE up to 30 - 35% by weight. To give better surface finish & more permeable cover, reduce 10% quantity of water as well as sand respectively.
Mortar For Brick Laying - Replacement of cement with ASHCRETE up to 25-30% by weight to improve cohesiveness & also work ability, reduce 10% quantity of water as well as sand respectively
DESCRIPTION:
A cenosphere is a
lightweight, inert, hollow sphere comprised largely of silica and alumina
and filled with air and/or gases. Cenospheres are a naturally occurring
by-product of the burning process at coal-fired power plants, and they have
most of the same properties as manufactured hollow-sphered products

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Chemical Properties
Silica - 55% - 65%
Alumina - 25% - 35%
Iron Oxide - 1% - 5%
Titanic - 0.5% - 1.5%
Physical Properties
Size - 10-350 microns
pH in Water - 6.0 - 8.0
Bulk Density - 23-28 lbs. per cubic ft.
Specific Gravity - 0.6 - 0.8
Compressive Strength - 3000 - 5000 lbs. per square in.
Softening Point - above 1800 degrees F
Shape-Spherical
Color Grey-- Light Grey - Off White
BENEFITS:
Reduced Raw Materials Cost
Improved Flowability
Reduced Resin Demand
Improved Insulation Values Resistant to Resin Absorption
Reduced End Product Weight
Manufacturing Benefits:
The spherical shape of cenospheres improves flow-ability in most applications and provides a more even distribution of the filler material. The natural properties of cenospheres make it possible to use them either in dry or wet slurry form. Cenospheres are easy to handle and provide a low surface area-to-volume ratio. Due to their inert properties, they are not affected by solvents, water, acids, or alkalis. cenospheres are 75% lighter than other minerals currently used as a filler or extender and are 30 percent lighter than most resins
