• The configured SAP R/3 Solution has been rolled out at 332 locations, which    include 223 company owned locations in a   highly challenging & demanding time line

• Implementation started in Feb.02 &  last of the locations  went live in March 02

• SAP Modules like Finance & Control (FICO), Sales & Distribution (S&D), Production Planning, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, Material Management, Human Resources, Project Systems , Asset Management, Industry Solution etc.  implemented in 37  months

• 3000 end user 

• The company has gone live with  Management staff payroll in June 2001

• The non-mgt. staff payroll in  April 2002

 THE PROPOSAL

 a)      Objectives of the project

Provide IT consultancy services to conduct study and advocate IT strategy for cost effective and efficient IT systems, to fully support the business process for replacing the existing Business Application Software.

 b)      Outline of the project plan

 The methodology consists of the following eight processes.

 1.      Understand and document strategic thrusts of each Function or Strategic Business Unit (SBU)

2.      Define and document key business processes

3.      Identify common and unique processes

4.      Create Functional requirements from the above processes

5.      Identify gaps in the current systems

6.      Define future application and system architecture

7.      Develop a migration strategy and the implementation plan

                                     5    IWCF Certification Course

IWCF certification course is meant for drilling crew engaged in exploration and development of hydrocarbons. A single mistake on their part may result in complication in a well or even a blowout, which may involve loss of equipment, resources worth millions of dollars or loss of human life. Therefore it has become mandatory for all Drilling personnel (Driller & Supervisor) to pass this certification every 2nd year. The forum has also representation from International Drilling Contractors Association.

The  success rate is phenomenal. This result is achieved due to dedicated and positive approach adapted by our highly qualified and experienced faculty who is also a registered Assessor of IWCF, and had brought the candidates to the desired level.

We have approved  IWCF certification center in Saudi Arabia
