How It Works

AC PowerMizer (ACPM ) is the electronic smart box that maximizes the cooling effect of air conditioners. Assists the A/C unit in providing energy efficient cooling without disturbing any part of the unit for installation. Our engineers have produced the smart, electronic, memory based, sensor driven unit to increase the functional efficiency of an air conditioning system. Once installed, the ACPM stands by to begin saving. With it's proactive program it is constantly learning the way the air exiting the evaporator coils is being effected by cooling, the ACPM then adjusts the running time of the compressor so the air conditioner cools the air to its maximum potential with minimum energy usage. Once the air has reached a calculated coolness further running of the compressor is wasting energy: that’s when the ACPM program shuts down the compressor to save energy, putting the unit into "saver mode", ACPM program then senses the optimum temperature to resume cooling the air. It then turns the compressor back on. Calculated cycling continues until the existing thermostats temperature is satisfied and the thermostat shuts the air conditioning unit off. The ACPM is constantly sampling and storing temperatures in its memory. Since conditions are always changing so are the ACPM settings. ACPM not only saves energy, it also reduces the operating time of the compressor extending it's life.
